She’s a master at uncovering the human context of new technology introduction, illuminating cultural, social, emotional, and functional friction against adoption, and eliminating the friction through world-class experience strategy.
Sara is also a culture-transformation executive who incepted and led a 7-time-award-winning culture change program across 4,000 employees.
