She brings 2 decades of experience increasing and accelerating adoption of products, services, and technologies worth $billions. She’s a master at uncovering the human context of new technology introduction, illuminating cultural, social, emotional, and functional friction against adoption, and eliminating the friction through world-class experience strategy.

 

Sara is also a culture-transformation executive who incepted and led a 7-time-award-winning culture change program across 4,000 employees. Under Sara's leadership, organizational culture moved from technology- and business-centric to human-centric, credited with increasing revenue, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement, as well as decreasing operational costs.
